About the role
We are looking for an SDET / Technical QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in technical QA and test automation who wants to work closely with developers, Product and other QAs to deliver high-quality software at speed.
At group.one, QA is not just the final gate before release. Our QAs and SDETs are quality engineering partners embedded in the development process, helping teams identify risks early, improve testability, strengthen automation and build quality into everyday development.
You will have a strong focus on test automation, APIs, integration testing and technical quality improvements, while also supporting our move towards continuous delivery and AI-assisted software development.

Build and improve UI, API and integration test coverage.
Apply risk-based testing and ensure automation effort focuses on high-impact areas.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Improve test stability, execution speed and maintainability.
Use and explore AI-assisted engineering and QA tools for automation, investigation and test development.
Manual functional testing when needed
Share automation practices and technical knowledge across QA teams.
