We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Finance Transformation team and help drive this journey forward. You'll coordinate international ERP projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in shaping how Finance operates as we continue to grow.

This is an opportunity for a fixed term, 12 months’ contract, where you will be based in MiniCRM’s offices in Budapest but be a part of our global Finance team. If you enjoy taking ownership, creating structure, and turning complex challenges into practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be working on

Drive Our Global NetSuite Rollout

• Coordinate NetSuite implementations across multiple countries and business entities.

• Keep projects on track by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups.

• Work closely with Finance, IT, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.

Help Shape How Finance Works

• Support the standardization and improvement of Finance processes across the group.

• Contribute to building scalable ways of working that support future growth.

• Help integrate newly acquired companies into our Global Finance Platform.

Create Clarity and Adoption

• Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, key decisions, and upcoming changes.

• Turn complex system and process updates into clear and practical communication.

• Support teams in adopting new ways of working and getting the most from NetSuite.

Make Things Better. Always.

• Build and maintain documentation, guides, and best practices.

• Capture lessons learned and turn them into improvements for future rollouts.

• Challenge existing processes and bring ideas that increase efficiency, consistency, and

automation.

About You

You enjoy creating structure, simplifying complexity, and helping teams work better together. You're comfortable navigating change, coordinating across functions, and keeping important projects moving forward.

• Experience delivering ERP, Finance transformation, or process improvement projects

• Ability to work with Finance, IT, and business teams, building strong relationships and keeping stakeholders aligned in complex multinational environments

• Familiarity with Finance and Accounting processes

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable; experience with other ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle is also valuable

• Comfortable working in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar, and using them to create structure, track progress, and drive accountability

• A proactive mindset and a drive to turn ideas into results

• Excellent communication skills in English
